I can't sympathize with the "you're ruining youtube comments" argument as everybody knows youtube comments have been a vile racist backwater since its inception. I get "privacy concerns" but those are also hard to swallow from those in the habit of posting their real _face_ in public, for-profit videos. What's a name at that point. Seriously, any action to drain the malarial swamp that yt has always been is a good action.
