Full disclosure: I'm a developer there.
The Motley Fool doesn't have one view on a stock. Each contributor, staff writer, and analyst have their own opinions. Hence "motley." So yeah, there's a good chance you'll come back tomorrow and see other content on the site offering differing opinions. We do our best to keep transparency in this. Every article has a disclosure at the bottom listing the stocks the writer owns and the stocks the company owns. All of our contributors are encouraged to use caps.fool.com to make forward-looking picks on stocks, explaining why they think they'll go up or down over a certain time period. This is all available to the public.
Our premium memberships even keep a scorecard of every recommendation or trade that we make and a bottom-line comparison against a benchmark (S&P 500, or another index that lines up with the universe of stocks we're looking at.) Both buys and sells are included so if a premium service changes their opinion of a stock we let our members know.
