Poll: Do italics render well in your Android Chrome browser?
I.e., can you tell italic text from normal text? A comment made by klausa [1] 16 days ago made me feel better, as I was not alone in not being able to see italics properly rendered in my Android Chrome browser. (I own a Samsung Note 2.) I'm puzzled that, given all the resources at Google, this hasn't been solved by now (over a year!). Any thoughts on the reason behind this neglect?
Thanks!

- andor 13y agoCan you give an example page where it doesn't work? The comment you're referring to mentions font boosting, which is a feature that changes font sizes on the page.
- ezequiel-garzon 13y agoThanks for your answer! I guess I am more alone than I thought during these days! I was going to provide a screenshot of a Wikipedia article on italic type, but I just learned that does work. I guess it's related to some HN fonts. Here, look at this screenshot [1] I made of this [2] random comment. Thanks again.
