Well, maybe they haven't heard of it. I read HN daily and this is the first time I've heard of it. Even if they have, its not exactly in the same league as Twitter and Facebook (speaking solely in terms of popularity and brand recognition.)
- jacalata 13y agoAsking 'why doesn't the press cover x' is not really satisfactorily answered by 'maybe they haven't heard of it'. It's their job to hear of things.
- phaus 13y agoWell if we're talking about what journalism's job is, there is a near-infinite number of things that they could be covering that are way more important than anyone's IPO.
