Why should they? They're doing just fine as they are, why change that? I appreciate the advice I get from 37signals, since it's a unique perspective that not everyone talks about. OTOH, I also appreciate all of the advice I get from HN and the rest of the startup community. It's the diversity of ideas and opinions that matter the most.
