I've been using it for a couple of months now. (enhanced account), mostly as an implementation detail. Setting it up and migrating is simple, their web interface is nice, and the few questions I had were adequately and quickly answered. I've also been using them for DNS, which is very simple as well. In short: Does what it says on the tin. It's email and they do it well.
