This story is total, complete, bullshit. I've been to Ladars apartment multiple times, he lives on the 5th or 6th floor of a high rise. His "back door" is a sliding glass door that leads out onto a 5 square foot metal balcony. So, unless Ladar happens to be spiderman, the FBI agent is lying through his teeth.
