I use Mailchimp, but I'm getting to hate it. It's too expensive, their payment options are limited and customer support is slow. That with a lot of minor idiosyncrasies that are starting to fray my nerves. Migration will no doubt be a hassle, but I'm looking to move to another service (soonish).
