I have a question as I am not from the US and this whole Healthcare.org debacle passed me by. What was the issue exactly leading to this upscream?
- eru 13y agoA lot of things coming together. The federal government had hoped the states would roll out healt care exchanges. Lots of states refused, so the federal government had to put up an exchange themselves. Big IT projects done by big organisations in a rush rarely go well. I'm not from the USA either, so take your pinch of salt.
