- MysticFear 13y agoNothing to do with regulations, all to do with law enforcement. Theft is illegal.
- PeterisP 13y agoIt has everything to do with regulations - "theft is illegal" wasn't stopping bankers from simply running away with customers' deposits, which used to happen - only regulation did that.
