"In today’s economy, the quest for talent is so great that organizations can no longer afford to merely look at individuals co-located in their physical presence" Is that true? Isn't it more important for the talent pool to have a high ratio of good to bad applicants? If I add 'you can work remotely' to a job description will it mean I have to wade through twice as many poor applicants before I find a good one?
