I ask the engineers here, how can the fires be prevented/mitigated? - A different armor plate (titanium? kevlar?) - An automatic fire extinguishing system, perhaps piping grid inside the battery compartment that can feed a cooling agent to the damaged cell? Is price the only constrain? Cost benefit?
