People who are more experienced should also able to understand their audience and explain their objections in ways the other person will understand, even if it's just "The last time we did this the business lost $x. Can you explain to me how the situation is different this time?"
- dinkumthinkum 13y agoBut that's shoulda woulda coulda. How about the other people around that person not throwing the baby out with the bath water because they should be smart enough to understand the wise old sage may have a point but be less than stellar at convincing you of it. Which sin is worse?
