FYI, this update breaks GPGMail's plugin for Mail.app
[edit: re-installing GPGMail Works For Me]
- nikoftime 13y agoI believe it was already broken as of the 10.9 update, or at least it was for me.
- ancarda 13y agoDid you get the 10.9 update? The newest version works with Mavericks.
- tptacek 13y agoLovely. Thanks for the heads up. I guess I'll deal with Chaos Mail for a couple more weeks.
- trauco 13y agoJust reinstall GPGMail. I did, and it's working fine.
- cs02rm0 13y agoSeems to still work for me, but then it did before the update too.
- reeses 13y agoRebooting works as well, as does the usual shell updating. $ sudo defaults write /Library/Mail/Bundles/GPGMail.mailbundle/Contents/Info.plist SupportedPluginCompatibilityUUIDs -array-add "$(grep -A 1 "PluginCompatibilityUUID" /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/Info.plist | grep string | cut -f 2 -d ">" | cut -f 1 -d "<")" $ sudo chmod 644 /Library/Mail/Bundles/GPGMail.mailbundle/Contents/Info.plist The issue is that each version of Mail checks the available plugins for an explicit PluginCompatibilityUUID, which changes with each build. GPGTools 2 has updated its list on reboot (and install) since the beta stages, so if you're on a recent version, you should be good.
