I'm in the mid of two-days Isagenix cleansing fast (only cleansing liquid). Gym included.
Always works like magic. The goodness comes from body's ability to eliminate toxins and that unblocks lots of energy.
Within mind, body and spirit too :)
- venomsnake 13y agoPlease when you say toxin try and give some examples about them - what kinds, what molecules - something that could be tested in a lab.
- gesman 13y agoWent to gym on my second day of cleansing (eating nothing at all) and feel more energy than before starting. Don't care what molecules it involves if it works.
