Whether or not it flies in front of a judge isn't the point. Isn't the point to be able to inform users when an NSL or something similar is actually issued & then fight it out in public? Saying it "wont' work" from the start is counterproductive. If a law is broken - then you don't typically reform the law without breaking it in some way.
