Missing ::
* Real World Transaction costs [ state, federal, international tax . Exchange volume discounts ]
* Risk [ counterparty , timing, many more ]
* Traceability : Ensuring decisions made are recorded and deterministic

- TriinT 17y agoIn case you didn't notice, the blog post is on how a group of friends can split the bill in an efficient manner. It has little to do with securities. Of course, if it had to do with securities, then your points would be right on target. Thanks for the book suggestion, btw. It seems a good complement to Larry Harris' Trading & Exchanges :-)
