I'm based in the US on the east coast(Georgia). I can normally put around 2-5 hours each day into a project.

Yeah I do, but there's not really a lot in it that would show my current skill. I'm hoping to change that by offering to work for free. However, here's a current link to my linkedin and github: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/jesse-horne/5a/a33/b04 http://www.linkedin.com/pub/jesse-horne/5a/a33/b04 https://github.com/jessehorne https://github.com/jessehorne

Amazing, Jesse. Where in Georgia? I am also in Georgia and am looking to add another partner to a growing team of entrepreneurial spirits and would love to have someone with your skill-set. You could end up with equity in the proposed business plan if you like the idea and want to help our team turn the idea into reality (and of course, if the reality ends up adopting us. I am being cryptic on purpose. My email is djlolastarr@gmail.com if you would like to chat further.
