This was my immediate thought as well. Their patent portfolio should be immensely valuable, and the Moto patents seem to have proven weaker than Google anticipated. Things look more and more dire for BB's actual business of selling things, so the patent portfolio probably represents a majority of the company's value. Alternately, MS or Apple could buy them up simply to prevent Google from doing so.
