As a user I would like to be able to use the Healthcare.gov with at least 50.000 people or more at the same time Here's your story I think it is the same deadly cocktail of empty slogans in politics that meet the naked truth of booleans in software that wreaks havoc among government IT programs all around the globe. We should ban the use of booleans in any governement project from now on. Politics can't handle booleans.
