- seszett 13y agoBecause UTC already exists and is already widely used, and compatible with all existing hardware and software. Rather than commercial Swatch time, I'd prefer French revolutionary time as a decimal time system anyway - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_time#France https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_time#France
