A great idea, in principle, but £5 for 5 stickers? It'd cost me 10p to print 10 stickers with 'lost@mydomain.org' on... which I might well do, now I'm thinking

- guynamedloren 13y agoThe upside seems to be anonymity, whereas with your idea you could possibly be identified by your own domain. I guess you could easily anonymity with something like "3dal2lk4@gmail.com", though.
- thejosh 13y agoHow else would you get your stuff back? Someone seeing josh@gmail.com might think "oh, this is josh's laptop, not sksjsjs44444@gmail.com, better email/call".
- sensecall 13y agoGlad we've inspired you :) Loseproof is really geared toward people who want an out of the box solution – easy to signup, easy to protect your stuff & more secure (it's anonymous). We'd also love to know where you can get stickers printed at that price... we might need to change supplier!
- acron0 13y agoSure, I get that. Have you thought about approaching businesses? My organisation has about circa 100 BlackBerry devices in circulation, none of which have any kind of 'if lost' marker on them...
- nodata 13y agoYou're not paying for 5 stickers..
- acron0 13y ago"£5 /5 tags Small Buy now 5 LoseProof tags Automated email alerts Free shipping" What have I missed?
- nicholassmith 13y agoYou're paying for the service, not the stickers. The stickers are a portion of the price, the rest goes towards to the rest of the service.
