1x is only too small if you're concerned with things other than visual creative work. I would love if my Photoshop menus could scale down to leave more room for the content I'm creating.
- jfb 13y agoThis is where OS X's hi-dpi support is so great; the UI elements in e.g. Aperture are rendered at 2x, so they are beautifully sharp, and the image is rendered at 1x.
- lowboy 13y agoI'd like it if I could set the UI elements to 1x actually. More space for the image while having familiar interfaces still usable.
