I'll make a bold claim. Meteor is not the future of web programming. Why? Because JSF, that's why. This has already been done in the Java world. I believe the future of web programming is REST apis(in whatever the hell language/framework you want) and a nice framework such as EmberJS/Angular on the front end. I may be wrong, but I have history on my side.
