Like several others, I've had the problem where I need to give directions, despite the driver having a GPS enabled phone. Do we know why they do this? It's by no means a big inconvenience for me, but it's somewhat perplexing, at least... PS: I'm extremely happy with Uber. My experience with calling cabs was forged on the south side of Chicago, where they seldom ever actually came. It was miserable.
