I hate that we're not allowed to self-medicate. I understand the risks, I've done my research, I know more than my local pharmacist, yet they won't give me s&&t without a piece of paper signed by someone who supposedly knows better. I always had a strong suspicion that the doctors prescribe too many medications (which were also brands more expensive than the generics). Not so paranoid after all.
