My background is in BI, data warehousing and dashboard/report visualizations. I'm interested in finding out more about my market for these technologies and aspire to build a solution to solve issues within this space specifically for SMEs. I'm wondering how do I even begin getting into B2B and who do I talk to to figure out the pain points?
