It's cool because: * A lot of cyclists are still planning on paper or spreadsheet, including me before I started working on this. It scratches my own itch and I believe I can make the experience a lot better. * It collaborates instead of competes with services like Strava and Garmin Connect. Because it's using their API's cyclists can keep logging their workouts on those services and view detailed analytics on cyclingplanner. * It's my first serious attempt at bootstrapping a software product and I've learned a ton of interesting stuff aside from coding so far.
