At some point in the future, someone who decides to drive manually and gets in an accident may be liable for much more than they are now.
- ams6110 13y agoHow so? Why would they ever be liable for more than actual damages?
- aptwebapps 13y agoBecause they had a presumably safer alternative available. It might be construed as negligence. I'm not making a judgement one way or the other about it. I just think it's likely to happen.
