They have Siemens amongst other companies, so they feasibly could produce all their own routers if needed. They already produce mobile telecoms gear for many (most?) other countries. Doesn't make this proposal any more likely IMO.

- ernesth 13y agoDidn't Siemens sell its mobile subsidiary to taiwanese benq and its network subsidiary to finnish nokia?
