Ask HN: Founder post about his startup shutdown?

From a couple weeks ago. He couldn't raise a series B as I recall. Towards the end they pivoted to something similar to Yammer and said it was a good space to be in. But unfortunately they ran out of money. Anyone remember where that blog post is? I can't find it on here. Thx!
