You can make java programs like all JetBrains IDEs use the OS native font rendering, just add the following snippet to /etc/profile.d/jre.sh and source or relogin to take effect.
export _JAVA_OPTIONS='-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -Dswing.aatext=true'
