Multiplexing is something that many application protocols could make use of and should be added between the application protocol and TCP, and not engineered into every application protocol.
Plus, HTTP is supposed to be a simple text-based protocol that I can run by typing into a telnet window. It doesn't seem possible in HTTP/2.0 though :-/
