It's no different than the innumerable YouTube videos showing how to lock pick. They're not picking the locks of any specific location, just showing the methodology. But high-powered lawyers can be persuasive to your detriment if you do distribute it so you may have to get crafty with the method. I.E. Print it up on paper and distribute calling it Free Speech ;)
