Well, read the article. The claim is that requirements were still changing 4 days before the launch. That's not waterfall, that's just no process at all.

- RougeFemme 13y agoI wonder if the requirements had already been finalized and it's just the "final" signed off documentation that was delivered so late. . .yes, still broken/no process.
