I think that the article did a very good job of not tying the investment advice to some derisive comment about the company itself. It sounds like you believe the opposite? I own a Model S, but I do not have a position on their stock. I was interested in doing so, but when it was feasible for me, I felt the stock was already much higher than it would be able to sustain for the long term. Are you saying that you believe purchasing the stock at its current price would be a good long term position to take? I find it difficult to believe that the stock could stay at or above this value for the long term. I do believe it will climb significantly from whatever position it is at when the Model X and the G3 models come out, but I would be very surprised if it was still this high just before that happens.
