Regarding web-server, I'm just using HttpListener class in .NET Framework (or Mono) which is ultra lightweight solution. As per web-browser, Manager doesn't bundle it. I'm just using whatever is available on target operating system, that is Internet Explorer on Windows, Firefox on Linux and Safari on Mac OSX.
