- cleverjake 13y agoout of scope because they haven't done anything yet? Perhaps the issue is visibility and mindshare to do something civic, in which case, this would help - no?

- fintler 13y agoMany of these organizations may be testing the response they get from creating a Github account. This project is a way they can receive feedback instead of dying in obscurity.
