I had a similar issue. I tried to buy a domain that was on their website and after a few weeks they finally emailed me and told me that it wasn't for sale. It pisses me off even more that it's still up on their site. When I finally was able to reach someone I heard back from - William Simmons <william.simmons@stylate.com> Good Luck - it's too bad that they don't do a great service as the $250 seems right for domain + logo and should be a start for any project!
