I am also a Dvorak user. I used to be a hunt an punch typist, and switching to Dvorak forced me to learn to touch type because the keycaps were wrong. Touch typing (probably even on qwerty) is so much better than hunting and punching that there is no comparison. If anyone out there hunts and punches, I highly recommend that you switch your keyboard to Dvorak, make your desktop background an image of the layout, and give it a chance.
