This is very similar to the central idea of Sheryl Sandberg's "Lean In". Having more and better women in leadership positions will help both men and women. I was skeptical, but I enjoyed the book more than I expected.
- PLejeck 13y agoProgress in equality benefits everybody, no matter how much people try to claim otherwise. Diversity is an amazingly good thing.
- MartinCron 13y agoSome people take the primitive view that anything that helps women must hurt men. It makes me sad.
