I really like ML. It is simple at face value, but with pattern matching and lambdas becomes very powerful. I haven't done any big projects with it though, so

I really like ML. It is simple at face value, but with pattern matching and lambdas becomes very powerful. I haven't done any big projects with it though, so ymmv. I did a course early this year that used it to introduce functional programming.
