At an individual level: How many programmers who are good enough to get a job that pays well in the private sector want to take a job (either in the government or for its contractor) with all that bureaucratic overhead?
- vonmoltke 13y agoMore than I think most people here realize. Some people find particular, unique problems fascinating. Others have a sense of duty that outweighs material or personal concerns. Others just don't know better.
