So that seems to be the output from http://www.andromda.org/ http://www.andromda.org/ designs targeting a backbone.js frontend... Looks like most of the code was "designed" and then autogenerated. Given the huge amount of validation a task like developing obamacare requires it sounds like a (somewhat) reasonable approach. (Not, that it couldn't have been done differently.)
