Only federal agencies and possibly ISPs can use the CANSPAM as a basis for a lawsuit. Private individuals can't.
- kintamanimatt 13y agoThis is to Australian customer from PayPal Australia Pty Limited. The CANSPAM Act doesn't apply there as it's a US law. Australia has the Spam Act 2003 but I don't know anything about it.
