That statement makes no sense. Every single household can be rented out, it's only a question of price.
- mrcactu5 13y agofine... every roach-infested apartment can be rented out regardless of whether it has running hot water or heat in the winter time, air conditioning etc. indeed there is a sucker born every minute.
