Touch-screens in cars feels like an impressively obvious idea.

  Let me expand. From a manufacturing and design standpoint, it would be fairly easy to build some standardized components for touchscreens that different car companies can implement. They can then differentiate based on software (taking a leaf out of the mobile playbook).

    Exactly, and it's amazing. POC is there. I don't think there's anything terrifying about it.
