I've seen it some other places too. Was Amazon Payments not open to everyone before? I just assumed it was.
- cbhl 13y agoIt looks like the distinction for this new service is that you get an API and can keep them on your site (without redirecting to amazon.com), so I'm thinking this is closer to Stripe than to PayPal. Apparently sellers get your name, email address, and postal code as soon as you log in.
- Semaphor 13y agoKickstarter US uses it as well. But before it was a pure payment processor, I assume this is now a more complete service.
