Wouldn't intelligence be 100% genetic. I mean humans have intelligence and insects have way less. And all that programming to make one or the other is encoded in the DNA.
- Symmetry 13y agoYou could just as easily argue that it's 100% environment, since a human who is never provided with food will end up dead, and therefore much less intelligent than an insect.
