Apple marketed the Gorilla Glass strength pretty hard. But yeah, I'm not sure that people care very much, they'll probably just get a case for whichever phone instead of caring that much about how strong the screen is.

There are a lot of people out there who don't particularly want a case, but feel that they need it in order to protect the phone.
